Anger Assessment

In regards to anger and conflict, ask yourself:
-Do you find yourself holding on to anger or negative emotions for months or even years longer than you intended?
-Are you unable to tolerate being snubbed? Do you respond with anger or negativity?
-Are you easily irritated with certain people or situations and respond with anger?
-Do you “blow up” or “snap” after you’ve held in something for a period of time?
