Insurance Policy

AidevO People Consulting currently accepts Aetna Health Plans.

For all others we accept insurance that will provide out-of-network benefits. We can provide you with a monthly invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or we can file it for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of your benefits, you are required to pay in full for each session at the time of service, as your insurance company will reimburse you directly after processing the claim.

If you intend to use your insurance for therapy and coverage is critically important to you, you should confirm your coverage for our services prior to our first meeting. If you would like help with this, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

For your protection and confidentiality it is recommended that, if possible, you pay for your counseling without using insurance. Insurance companies require disclosure of highly personal information about you, the confidentiality and privacy of which cannot be guaranteed. They also often restrict the number of sessions they will authorize alone, even if your therapist feels you still need help.

Fees

Fees for individual counseling sessions are as follows:

Initial (First) Session: $125.00

40 minute session: $80.00

50 minute session: $105.00

60 minute session: $120.00

We accept major credit cards, cash, money orders and checks.

Please note:

Should you miss a scheduled appointment without cancellation within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session.
