About Us
Neca C. Smith is the Owner and Operator of AidevO People Consulting, LLC and is committed to assisting those who are ready to make a change in how they handle anger and conflict in their lives. Not only does she provide dynamic techniques in her counseling, she ensures personalized solutions to each individual 
or organization.
Neca is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia (LPC004936). She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Management from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida, a Master's Degree and Specialist in Education Degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. Neca is a National Certified Counselor (#203466), a Certified Anger Management Specialist, and a Certified Professional in Managing Workplace Conflict.
In addition, Neca has extensive training in Family Violence, particularly with men who have battered women and in Couples Relationship Skill Building Facilitation.
Neca Smith's approach to anger management and conflict resolution is to help each individual seek out the origins and triggers to anger and assist them in learning new, productive ways to manage it that will improve the quality of their life.
